Card Fee

Due to the rise in operational business costs, we currently have a 3.5% convenience fee on all card purchases. However, we still accept cash or checks with no additional fees. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your loyalty.

Cancellation Policy

Please notify us a minimum of 24 hours in advance should you need to cancel or reschedule your service to avoid a 50% charge for the service.

All spa services and online bookings will need to be guaranteed with a credit card, and no-show appointments will be charged at full value. Please call the salon with group booking requirements.

Vichy Shower & Hydrotherapy Tub Policy

Both the Vichy Shower and Hydroptheray Tub require a bathing suit.

Additional Spa Policies

1. In consideration of all our clients, your spa treatment will end as scheduled, even if you arrive late.

2. We ask that you turn off your cell phone while in the spa. While in the salon, please keep your phone on silent mode.

3. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to a spa service and 5 minutes before a salon appointment.

4. Prior to your spa treatment you will be required to fill out the health history questionnaire that is sent to you electronically. This will assist our spa therapists in providing the best possible experience and to assure your maximum safety and comfort. We encourage you to disclose any pertinent health conditions that may affect your spa experience.

5. Please Leave your jewelry or other valuables at home.

6. We ask that you do not bring children with you for spa service or extended salon services, both for the safety of the children and relaxation of each client.
